These days, people like Brian Bonar are a rare commodity. They are a diamond in the rough, so to speak. Recently, however, Brian Bonar finally received the acclaim that he has so rightfully earned. He, of course, is the Chairman and CEO of Dalrada Financial Corporation, and has been named Cambridge Who’s Who® Executive of the Year in Finance. That is quite an accomplishment, to say the least, and one that deserves respect, honor, and praise. Not just anyone can earn this award and it isn’t given out to just any regular run-of-the-mill person. Brian earned it with hard-work, dedication, and a personal touch.
It is not easy to be a CEO and Chairman. You have to have something special about you. You have to stand out from the crowd. Most of all, you have to have a voice. You need to be able to make the tough decisions without being scared of that responsibility. What’s also remarkable about Brian Bonar is that he has done all of this while maintaining the respect of his staff and his crew. They know he is the boss, but that doesn’t mean they have to be scared of him or afraid to bring up ideas to him. He knows that the best way for a company to run is to have a boss that gets that respect, like I said, but it isn’t based on fear. It is based on how they conduct themselves and the way they do business. Needless to say, Brian Bonar does business the right way.

He also has a personal touch that most CEO’s are lacking. He makes sure to shake everyone’s hand, get to know them, and find out what they are good at, and how they work. He likes to be approachable and is always open to ideas. Whatever makes the company better, he is all for and then some. It is not all about him and him getting the credit. What is good for the company is good for everyone as a whole.
What makes this award even more outstanding is the fact that only two men and two women receive it. They base this on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements and leadership abilities. He has excelled in all of those avenues and then some. Brian Bonar brings to the table more than thirty-years of professional management experience in the financial sector. Experience is something that you can’t put a price tag on and is something that can’t be bought. You either have it or you don’t.
When you do have it, you can rely on it to guide you and help you through whatever happens. You are ready, willing, and able to tackle whatever is put in front of you with flying colors.
